About Us

Husband and wife team, Scott Chamberlin & Theresa O’Connell, have always shared a love for good food, delicious beverages, and a passion for hosting parties and celebrating with friends and family. Admittedly, Scott’s first loves are skiing, mountain biking, and outdoor adventuring; but the hospitality industry has allowed him to pursue those passions while also honing his knife skills. Scott has 12+ years working in a variety of professional kitchens. From summer camps to private ski chalets; from a world-class heli-skiing operation to a full-service day lodge at Alta Ski Area; Scott has done it all. Meanwhile, Theresa has pursued a career in hospitality since she was 13 years old, working at a neighborhood bakery in Boston, MA. She graduated from Cornell Hotel School and has since managed busy restaurants, operated mobile food trucks, executed high-end events, attended a cookery school in Ireland, and spent all her savings on Michelin star tasting menus. After years of learning from others Scott and Theresa were ready to set out on their own. Thus, O’Chamberlin Hospitality was born.

O’Chamberlin Hospitality offers wedding and special event planning, day-of event coordination and management, custom catering, specialized beverage packages, and bar services. From the early planning stages to seamless execution on the day of the event, we aim to deliver a truly memorable and fully customizable experience for you and your guests.

We own and operate Teddy’s Griddle, a mobile food cart, and Little Buddy, a mobile bar. Both are available for hire at your next private party.

We have headquarters in Southern Rhode Island, Boston, and Utah; we are available for events throughout New England and the Southwest.
